Our engineers design, implement, and maintain scalable, cloud-native automation solutions that reduce regression cycles by 70%+ while ensuring zero-defect releases. Role & Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and maintain scalable, reusable test automation frameworks using Selenium, Cypress, or Playwright.
• Automate API, UI, and end-to-end workflows across web, mobile, and desktop platforms using BDD/TDD methodologies.
• Integrate automation suites into CI/CD pipelines (Jenkins, GitLab CI, GitHub Actions) for continuous validation and reporting.
• Collaborate with Dev & QA teams to shift-left testing, define test strategies, and drive quality ownership across sprints.
• Implement test reporting, dashboards, and failure analytics using Allure, ExtentReports, or custom solutions.
• Optimize test execution speed, parallelization, and flakiness reduction using cloud grids (BrowserStack, Sauce Labs, LambdaTest).
