Role Summary:
Dragonfly Test is hiring experienced Automation Test Engineers specializing in Selenium and Python. The ideal candidates will possess expertise in designing, developing, and executing robust automated test frameworks within fast-paced, quality-driven environments.

Key Responsibilities:

• Design, develop, and maintain effective automated test scripts using Selenium and Python.
• Execute functional testing and ensure thorough test coverage for web applications.
• Develop and manage well-documented test cases to validate business requirements and technical specifications.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including developers and product managers, to drive software quality and meet release deadlines.
• Analyze test results, track defects, and recommend solutions to improve product reliability.
• Contribute actively to Agile sprint ceremonies and promote best practices in testing and automation.

Required Qualifications:

• 7+ years’ experience in automation testing with proven proficiency in Selenium and Python.
• Strong track record in test engineering, test execution, and functional testing.
• Demonstrated expertise in developing and maintaining automated test cases and frameworks.
• Excellent analytical, troubleshooting, and problem-solving skills.
• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related discipline.
• Strong communication skills and ability to work effectively in collaborative team settings.
• Experience working in agile methodologies is advantageous.
