About This Role We are seeking a skilled Automation Test Engineer to design, develop, and maintain robust test automation frameworks for web, API, and backend processes. This role requires strong programming expertise, familiarity with CI/CD tools, and a collaborative approach to support agile delivery and continuous improvement. The ideal candidate will be passionate about clean coding practices, scalable test execution, and delivering high-quality software solutions.

What You’ll Do

• Develop and maintain automation frameworks using Core Java, Selenium, Rest Assured, Cucumber, and other relevant libraries.
• Automate test cases for APIs, web applications, and backend processes.
• Ensure timely delivery of testing milestones and regression suites.
• Integrate automation with CI/CD pipelines using Jenkins and GitHub Actions.
• Execute parallel and distributed test runs, and manage test logging and reporting.
• Participate in Agile ceremonies including daily stand-ups, sprint planning, and backlog refinement.
• Continuously update and enhance framework functions as needed.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify challenges and propose effective solutions.

Who You Are

• Proficient in Core Java and testing frameworks such as TestNG or JUnit.
• Experienced with version control systems like Git and platforms such as GitHub, GitLab, or Bitbucket.
• Skilled in build management using Maven.
• Familiar with CI servers and automation tools including Jenkins and GitHub Actions.
• Strong debugging and problem-solving abilities.
• Knowledgeable in parallel and distributed test execution strategies.
• Committed to clean coding practices and design pattern usage.
• Possess a programmer’s mindset with a focus on quality and efficiency.
