In this role, you will design, implement, and maintain robust automated test scripts, ensure the quality of software applications, and work closely with cross-functional teams to deliver high-quality, defect-free products. Key Responsibilities

Design, develop, and maintain automated test scripts using frameworks such as Selenium, Playwright, or Cypress.

Implement and execute mobile automation tests using tools like Appium.

Conduct API testing with tools such as Postman, Rest Assured, Swagger, or Karate.

Integrate automated tests into CI/CD pipelines using Jenkins, GitLab CI, or GitHub Actions.

Perform cross-browser testing and validate DOM structure for consistency across platforms.

Apply advanced test design techniques such as Data-Driven Testing (DDT) and Behavior-Driven Development (BDD).

Collaborate with developers, product managers, and QA teams to identify, document, and resolve defects.

Maintain version control using Git.

(Optional) Conduct performance testing with tools like JMeter or Locust.
Required Qualifications

8+ years of professional experience in automation testing.

Hands-on expertise with at least one leading automation framework (Selenium, Playwright, or Cypress).

Strong proficiency in at least one programming/scripting language: JavaScript/TypeScript, Python, or Java.

Solid understanding of API testing methodologies and tools.

Experience with mobile automation (Appium).

Familiarity with CI/CD processes and tools (Jenkins, GitLab CI, GitHub Actions).

Strong understanding of DOM structure and web technologies.

Good knowledge of testing methodologies, best practices, and agile processes.
Preferred Skills
