About the job

Job Title: Junior AI Engineer – Testing & Development (AI Codes, You Value Add)

(Please do not apply if you want to code)

Company: Innotechwise Private Limited (DPIIT-recognised) β€” sister entity of Futuryntix UK Ltd

Location: Remote / Work From Home (India)

Experience: 0–2 years (Freshers with strong AI projects welcome)

Employment Type: Full-time CTC: Based on skills demonstrated in interview

About Us

Innotechwise and Futuryntix are building AI-native enterprise products for supply chain, warehousing, and regulatory compliance. Our portfolio includes CircleIQ (an AI-driven EPR compliance platform) and AI agents for enterprise operations. We build using modern AI-assisted development workflows β€” Claude Code, Codex, and similar coding agents are core to how we ship. We are a small, founder-led team backed by 20+ years of SAP and enterprise experience, now building cloud-native AI products on AWS. You will work directly with the founder.

The Role

We are looking for an enthusiastic Junior AI Engineer who lives and breathes LLMs β€” someone who has already made coding agents like Claude Code and OpenAI Codex a daily habit, knows their quirks, and can talk fluently about what they do well and where they fail. Your job will be to test our AI products, push them to their limits, and create content that shows the world what AI-native engineering looks like. Half your week will be hands-on testing of AI agents and LLM workflows; the other half will be creating demos, screen recordings, and content that explains our products to customers.

This role is perfect for a fresher or early-career engineer who is already using AI agents to build things, who is curious about how AI systems behave under pressure, and who wants to grow inside an AI-native startup.

What You Will Do

Testing (β‰ˆ50%)

  • Test our AI agents and LLM-powered workflows; document where they shine and where they break.
  • Use Claude Code, Codex, and similar agents to rapidly build test harnesses, mock data, and edge-case scenarios.
  • Stress-test prompts and agent flows with adversarial inputs β€” and log them clearly.
  • Compare outputs across different models, prompts, and agent configurations.
  • Maintain a library of test scenarios drawn from real enterprise use cases.
  • Reproduce bugs reported by users and share clean reproduction steps.

Content & Demos (β‰ˆ50%)

  • Record short demo videos and walkthroughs of our AI products and AI-assisted workflows (we will help you set up).
  • Write LinkedIn posts, short blogs, and product explainers under our brand β€” including content on how we use Claude Code, Codex, and MCP in our stack.
  • Build small demo notebooks and sandbox examples for sales conversations.
  • Help prepare slides, one-pagers, and visual content for prospect meetings.

Must-Have Skills

  • Strong hands-on experience with LLM coding agents β€” Claude Code, OpenAI Codex, Cursor, GitHub Copilot, or similar. You should be able to talk in detail about projects you have built with them, prompts that worked, and prompts that did not.
  • Solid Python fundamentals (functions, data structures, working with APIs, basic scripting).
  • Working knowledge of LLM APIs β€” Anthropic Claude, OpenAI, or open-source models β€” beyond chatbot usage.
  • Understanding of prompt engineering basics (system prompts, few-shot examples, structured outputs).
  • Clear written English β€” you will be writing posts and documentation.
  • Curiosity, ownership, and willingness to learn fast in a remote setup.

Good to Have

  • Personal projects, hackathon entries, or GitHub repos built primarily with the help of Claude Code or Codex.
  • Familiarity with MCP (Model Context Protocol), agent frameworks, RAG, or tool calling.
  • Exposure to LangChain, LlamaIndex, Hugging Face, or similar libraries.
  • Comfort with making short screen-recorded videos.
  • Active LinkedIn presence, blog, or YouTube channel where you discuss AI tooling.
  • AWS basics (even free-tier experimentation counts).

Who This Role Is NOT For

  • Someone who has only used ChatGPT in the browser and not yet tried coding agents.
  • Someone looking purely for a research or model-training role.
  • Someone uncomfortable being on camera or writing content.
  • Someone who needs a structured corporate environment with daily managers β€” we are a startup and you will manage your own day.

What We Offer

  • 100% remote β€” work from anywhere in India.
  • Direct mentorship from the founder (20+ years in SAP/enterprise tech, published SAP Press author).
  • Work in a fully AI-native engineering environment β€” Claude Code, Codex, MCP, and modern agent tooling are part of daily life.
  • Real exposure to building, testing, and selling AI products end-to-end.
  • A chance to build your public profile through the content you produce.
  • Fast growth path β€” strong performers will see salary revisions within 6–9 months.

How to Apply

Send your CV along with:

  1. A short note (5–10 lines) on a project you have built using Claude Code, Codex, or a similar coding agent β€” what you built, what worked, what surprised you.
  2. Links to GitHub, LinkedIn, blog, or demo videos β€” anything that shows how you think and build.

Bonus: a 2-minute Loom video introducing yourself and walking through one AI project.
