About The Role

We are looking for Manual QA Engineers to validate AI-powered applications that involve UI and Mobile app workflows, content accuracy, and evaluation correctness. The role focuses on verifying that outputs, UI/app behavior, and system responses match expectations, and on producing clear evidence when they do not. This role requires strong attention to detail, structured thinking, and high-quality QA reporting.

Key Responsibilities

• Execute and validate UI/app workflows across web applications/Mobile apps and AI-enabled tools
• Verify system outputs for correctness, consistency, and alignment with expected behavior.
• Identify mismatches between UI/app state, evaluator results, and expected outcomes.
• Capture clear QA evidence including screenshots, logs, step-by-step reports, and annotations.
• Perform validation of content, logic, and results (unsupported claims, missing information, incorrect outputs).
• Work closely with engineering and product teams to clarify issues and suggest fixes.

Required Skills

• 3 - 5 years of experience in QA, Test Engineering, or quality review roles.
• Strong experience with web application UI / Mobile apps testing (manual + automation exposure preferred).
• Experience testing AI-powered features, chatbots, or workflow-driven products.
• Experience validating multi-step AI-workflows, not just single screens or APIs.
• Proven ability to produce clear, structured bug reports with strong evidence.
• High attention to detail and comfort reviewing content, outputs, or logic for correctness.
• Familiarity with QA tools such as Jira, test trackers, and documentation systems.
• Strong communication and ownership: Clear spoken and written English, attention to detail, and ability to complete tasks independently in a remote setup without constant follow-ups.

Preferred Qualifications

• Good to have: Exposure to browser automation tools (Playwright in particular).
• Experience in content QA, audit, fact-checking, or validation-heavy roles.
• Comfort working with fast-changing requirements and evaluator-based systems.

Work hours: US business hours (9:00 AM – 5:00 PM ET), i.e., 7:30 PM – 4:30 AM IST
