Role Description This is a full-time, on-site Manual Testing role based in Hyderabad, suitable for freshers who are eager to begin a career in software quality assurance.

Leadwinner Corp is looking for enthusiastic and detail-oriented Freshers to join our Quality Assurance team as Manual Testing Engineers.

Qualifications

• Candidates should possess strong Analytical Skills to understand requirements, identify edge cases, and interpret results.
• Candidates should possess foundational Software Testing and Testing skills to validate functionality against specifications.
• Candidates should possess the ability to design, document, and execute Test Cases accurately and systematically.
• Candidates should possess effective Communication skills to report defects, collaborate with teams, and document findings clearly.
• Relevant academic background in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field (degree, diploma, or certification) is beneficial.
• Basic understanding of software development lifecycle and quality assurance concepts is preferred.
• Ability to learn quickly, follow processes, pay attention to detail, and work constructively in a team environment.

Skills We Are Looking For:

✔ Good understanding of Software Testing Life Cycle (STLC)

✔ Knowledge of Test Cases, Defect Life Cycle, RTM, and Bug Reporting

✔ Strong analytical and problem-solving skills

✔ Excellent communication skills

✔ Attention to detail and passion for quality

✔ Willingness to travel and work at client locations when required

🎓 Eligibility:

• Freshers (2024, 2025 & 2026 Graduates)

• BE/B.Tech, MCA, M.Tech, BCA, B.Sc (Computers), or related disciplines
