🔧 Key Responsibilities:

· Lead and mentor a team of QA engineers, fostering a culture of quality and continuous improvement

· Design, develop, and maintain scalable test automation frameworks

· Define and implement comprehensive test strategies (functional, regression, integration, and black-box testing)

· Collaborate with cross-functional teams including development, DevOps, and product management

· Drive quality across CI/CD pipelines and ensure seamless automation integration

· Analyze test results, identify defects, and ensure timely resolution

· Present quality metrics and insights to stakeholders

🧠 Technical Expertise:

· Strong experience with automation tools such as Selenium, Appium, Cypress, or Playwright

· Hands-on experience with performance testing tools like JMeter or Gatling

· Advanced Python scripting for automation and custom test scenarios

· Experience with CI/CD tools like Jenkins, GitHub Actions, or GitLab CI/CD

· Proficiency in API testing using Postman, SoapUI, or RestAssured

· Solid understanding of SQL for data validation and database testing

👨 💼 Experience Required:

· 9+ years of experience in software testing

· Minimum 3 years in a leadership or team management role

· Proven expertise in building and scaling automation frameworks

· Strong understanding of software testing methodologies and best practices
