Kroll is seeking a skilled and detail-oriented Quality Assurance Analyst II, Support Ops to join our team remotely in India. In this role, you will play a vital part in the product development lifecycle by designing, executing, and maintaining test strategies that ensure the delivery of high-quality software. You’ll help us drive clarity in complex systems and provide actionable feedback that supports our mission of delivering trustworthy business solutions.
This opportunity is ideal for professionals with a strong foundation in software QA methodologies, automation testing, and Agile processes who are comfortable working during US business hours (6 PM to 3 AM IST). Your work will directly impact the quality of tools and platforms used across global governance, risk, and compliance functions.
Key Responsibilities

Review and analyze system requirements, specifications, and technical designs.

Develop and implement detailed test plans and test cases based on requirements.

Execute manual and automated tests to ensure product quality.

Identify, document, and track bugs through issue tracking systems.

Conduct regression testing following bug fixes or feature updates.

Build and maintain automated test scripts using third-party and open-source tools.

Collaborate with cross-functional teams including developers and product managers.

Measure and report on quality assurance metrics such as defect density and open defect count.

Ensure the software meets client expectations for performance, reliability, and usability.

Continuously explore and implement new QA tools and strategies to improve testing efficiency.
Required Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or related field.

Proven experience in software development and software quality assurance.

Strong understanding of QA methodologies, test strategies, and the software development lifecycle (SDLC).

Hands-on experience with white box and black box testing techniques.

Experience using automated testing tools (e.g., Selenium, JUnit, TestNG, etc.).

Proficient in SQL and scripting for test validation and data manipulation.

Experience working in Agile/Scrum development environments.

Familiarity with performance and security testing is a plus.
