Key Responsibilities:

• Architect and deploy AI-driven test automation frameworks to maximize test coverage and efficiency.
• Leverage Generative AI (GenAI) to analyze testing outcomes, identify defect trends, and deliver actionable insights to enhance quality continuously.
• Simulate real-world user behavior and stress-test applications using GenAI to identify edge cases and potential issues before they reach production.
• Drive AI-based quality audits and release readiness assessments to ensure high standards in every deployment.
• Collaborate cross-functionally to influence quality strategy from the earliest stages of development—not just post-development testing.

What You Will NOT Be Doing:

• Writing and maintaining repetitive, manual test cases.
• Waiting on development handoffs to begin QA work.
• Acting as a passive validator instead of a strategic partner in product quality.

Qualifications:

• Minimum 2 years of experience in QA engineering with a strong focus on test automation frameworks (e.g., Selenium, Cypress, TestNG, etc.).
• Demonstrated experience applying GenAI tools within QA or development pipelines.
• Strong understanding of software QA methodologies, tools, and processes.
• Familiarity with version control systems (e.g., Git) and CI/CD pipelines.
• Passion for innovation, automation, and using AI to solve complex testing challenges.

Preferred Skills:

• Experience with AI/ML in a software development or QA context.
• Background in programming languages such as Python, Java, or JavaScript.
• Knowledge of cloud platforms (AWS, GCP, or Azure).
