Job Summary

• We are looking for a skilled QA Automation Engineer with strong expertise in Playwright for end-to-end test automation. The ideal candidate will be responsible for building scalable automation frameworks, executing automated test suites, and ensuring high-quality software delivery.

Key Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and maintain automation frameworks using Playwright
• Automate web application test cases for functional, regression, and integration testing
• Develop and execute API automation tests using tools like Postman / Rest Assured
• Collaborate with developers and QA teams to understand requirements and define test strategies
• Integrate automation scripts with CI/CD pipelines (Jenkins)
• Analyze test results, debug failures, and report defects
• Ensure adherence to STLC and best testing practices
• Contribute to continuous improvement of test automation processes

Required Skills

• Strong experience in Java / JavaScript / TypeScript
• Hands-on experience with Playwright (mandatory)
• Experience in API testing (Postman / Rest Assured)
• Good understanding of TestNG / JUnit / Playwright Test
• Strong knowledge of Selenium (Java) concepts (added advantage)
• Experience with Cucumber (BDD framework)
• Expertise in XPath, locators, and DOM handling
• Familiarity with CI/CD tools like Jenkins
• Good understanding of software testing concepts and STLC
