About the Role:

We're looking for a QA Automation Lead who believes quality is everyone's responsibility and is passionate about building reliable, scalable software.

This is a hands-on leadership role where you'll work closely with Product, Development, and QA teams to understand business requirements, build a robust automation strategy, and ensure every feature is validated through automated testing before it reaches production.

What you'll be doing:

• Lead and mentor the QA Automation team.
• Understand product functionality and translate business requirements into comprehensive test scenarios.
• Design, build, and maintain scalable automation frameworks.
• Automate UI, API, and end-to-end business workflows.
• Build and maintain a reliable regression test suite that runs automatically as part of the CI/CD pipeline.
• Collaborate with developers to identify quality risks early and improve overall product quality.
• Continuously improve testing processes, automation coverage, and release confidence.

What we're looking for:

• 6–10+ years of experience in Software Testing.
• 4+ years of hands-on automation testing experience.
• 2+ years of experience leading or mentoring QA teams.
• Strong experience with Playwright, Selenium, or Cypress (Playwright preferred).
• Experience with API automation and CI/CD pipelines.
• Proficiency in JavaScript/TypeScript.
• Good understanding of SQL and modern software development practices.
• Strong communication, leadership, and problem-solving skills.
