  • Design and implement automation-first QA strategies and frameworks aligned with agile development processes.
  • Oversee the planning, creation, and execution of both manual and automated test cases to validate features and systems in production.
  • Partner with global cross-functional teams to ensure seamless integration of testing into the software development lifecycle.
  • Track and report key quality metrics (test coverage, defect density, automation rates) to drive measurable quality improvements.
  • Investigate root causes of defects and ensure effective corrective actions are implemented.
  • Evaluate and introduce cutting-edge tools for test automation, performance testing, and CI/CD integration.
  • Balance priorities across multiple projects while maintaining high standards and on-time delivery.
  • Stay up-to-date on emerging QA technologies and continuously improve team capabilities.

What We’re Looking For

  • Deep experience with IAM (authentication/authorization/identity) for multi-tenant SaaS platforms in the cloud.
  • Strong command of test automation tools and frameworks (Selenium, Cypress, or similar).
  • Solid grasp of TDD, API testing, performance testing, and modern CI/CD pipelines.
  • Experience with PostgreSQL and DynamoDB preferred.
  • Proficiency in one or more programming languages: Ruby, Go, or Java.
  • Proven ability to build and lead high-performing, geographically distributed QA teams.
  • Strong organizational, analytical, and communication skills.
