QA Automation Tester

Job Overview:

Key Responsibilities:

• Automated Test Development: Design, develop, and execute automated test scripts using tools such as Selenium, Playwright, and JMeter to ensure product quality.
• Performance Testing: Conduct performance and load testing using JMeter, analyze results, and identify bottlenecks to enhance application performance.
• Collaboration: Work closely with developers, product managers, and QA teams to understand requirements and ensure comprehensive test coverage.
• Test Documentation: Write and maintain clear, concise, and comprehensive test plans and test cases.
• Backend Validation: Utilize SQL to query and validate data for backend testing and data-driven scenarios.

• CI/CD Integration: Participate in the integration of automated tests into CI/CD pipelines to enable continuous feedback.

Required Skills:

• 2–3 years of hands-on experience with JMeter for performance/load testing.
• Minimum 2 years of automation experience using Selenium and Playwright.
• Strong working knowledge of SQL with at least 2 years of practical use in testing scenarios.
• Solid understanding of software QA methodologies, tools, and processes.
• Experience with Git and CI/CD pipelines (e.g., Jenkins, GitLab CI).
• Strong debugging and analytical skills.
