About the Role

As a QA Engineer III, you'll work closely with cross-functional teams in India and the US to develop test plans and ensure the quality of applications and services on the InComm Benefits platform. This role involves a strong focus on automation, functional testing, and agile collaboration.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end software testing processes.
• Develop and maintain test cases and test automation infrastructure for UI and API testing.
• Automate regression tests across multiple applications and services.
• Perform functional, exploratory, and regression testing.
• Create automation frameworks and integrate tests into CI/CD pipelines.
• Investigate, document, and track bugs using tools like JIRA.
• Collaborate in Agile ceremonies (daily stand-ups, planning, retrospectives).
• Support troubleshooting across development, product, and support teams.
• Contribute to continuous improvement efforts and risk assessment.

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or related field.
• 8+ years of QA automation experience (UI and API).
• Proficient in Java, Python, or JavaScript.
• Strong experience with Selenium, TestNG, or similar frameworks.
• Solid understanding of REST APIs and SQL.
• Familiarity with JIRA, Git/Stash, BrowserStack, AWS tools.
• Experience testing migration projects.
• Background in Financial or Payments domain preferred.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Able to manage small to mid-sized QA teams.
• Self-starter with multitasking capabilities and adaptability to shifting priorities.

Nice to Have

• Experience in financial services or payment technology environments.
• Hands-on with tools like Postman, Git, CI/CD pipelines, and cloud platforms (AWS, etc.).
