Job Overview

Troopr Labs is seeking a skilled and detail-driven Quality Assurance Engineer (QAE) to help ensure the performance, reliability, and high quality of our AI products—particularly our conversational chatbot solutions. You'll be joining a small, fast-paced, and high-impact team building world-class software used by over 100,000 users across companies like Starbucks, Netflix, Snowflake, and Spotify. Key Responsibilities

• Design and execute comprehensive test plans and test cases
• Identify, log, and track bugs through resolution
• Conduct functional, regression, and exploratory testing
• Perform compatibility testing across various platforms and devices
• Collaborate closely with developers and product managers to deliver high-quality releases
• Support testing and fine-tuning of generative AI chatbot experiences
• Contribute to performance, stress, and scalability testing for key modules
• Work in an agile environment with flexibility and adaptability

Qualifications

Must-Have:

• 3–5 years of hands-on experience in software QA, focusing on functional testing
• 1–2 years of experience specifically testing AI-based chatbots
• Solid understanding of QA methodologies and tools
• Familiarity with Agile/Scrum workflows
• Strong analytical and communication skills
• Experience with test management and bug tracking tools (e.g., Jira, TestRail)

Nice-to-Have:

• Exposure to test automation tools (e.g., Selenium, Cypress, or similar)
• Knowledge of RESTful API testing using tools like Postman
• Experience testing AI/ML applications or generative AI systems
• Familiarity with performance testing tools
