Job Overview
We are seeking a seasoned QA/QC Engineer to design and execute robust testing strategies for Machine Learning (ML) and Generative AI (GenAI) applications. This role will focus on validating AI model outputs, ensuring functionality, and maintaining high-quality standards in customer-facing, AI-driven interfaces such as chatbots and conversational systems.
This position is ideal for professionals with a strong background in QA/QC practices, automation scripting, and hands-on experience testing ML/GenAI systems in production environments.
Key Responsibilities

Design and execute end-to-end test plans for AI/ML model outputs.

Conduct functional, integration, and regression testing of GenAI-based applications.

Evaluate AI model performance and behavior using both manual and automated methods.

Collaborate closely with frontend engineers, designers, and product stakeholders to ensure quality delivery.

Test and validate chatbots, conversational interfaces, or related user-centric AI experiences.

Actively participate in Agile ceremonies (daily stand-ups, sprint planning, demos, retrospectives).
Required Qualifications

7+ years of experience in QA/QC roles, with a focus on functional and integration testing.

5+ years of experience testing Machine Learning and GenAI applications.

Strong scripting skills in JavaScript or Python for automation purposes.

Familiarity with AI testing tools such as Great Expectations, Arize, or Galileo.

Demonstrated ability to work independently with an ownership mindset and attention to detail.
Preferred Skills

Experience with API testing tools like Postman or Swagger.

Familiarity with CI/CD pipelines and cloud-based testing.

Proficiency in JIRA, Azure DevOps, or similar issue tracking tools.

Working knowledge of frontend development fundamentals: HTML, CSS, JavaScript, TypeScript, and React.
