Job Overview
SolarSys Innovations Private Ltd is seeking a proactive and technically skilled Python Pytest QA Engineer to join our QA team. In this role, you will play a key part in ensuring the reliability, performance, and quality of our software solutions. You’ll work in close collaboration with development teams to build robust automated test systems while also applying best practices in manual testing. Key Responsibilities

Test Planning: Develop comprehensive test plans that cover both functional and non-functional aspects of software

Automation: Design, write, and maintain automated test scripts using Python and Pytest to increase test coverage and efficiency

Manual Testing: Apply manual testing techniques where necessary to ensure software quality

Defect Tracking: Collaborate with developers to log, track, and resolve software defects effectively

Reporting: Generate detailed QA reports, summarize findings, and provide actionable insights to development and product teams

Continuous Improvement: Contribute to ongoing improvement of QA processes and automation frameworks
Qualifications
Must-Have:

3–4 years of hands-on experience in Quality Assurance

Strong proficiency in Python and test automation using Pytest

Familiarity with Selenium or other browser automation tools

Solid understanding of software testing principles, techniques, and methodologies

Experience working in Agile or Scrum development environments

Strong analytical, debugging, and communication skills
Nice-to-Have:
