About Us

Premium Transfers is a London-based luxury chauffeur company expanding globally under Premium Chauffeur. We are building a high-end booking platform, mobile apps, and CRM systems across the UK, Europe, and UAE.

We are looking for an experienced QA Tester (4+ years) who can take full ownership of quality assurance and ensure our platform delivers a flawless, premium user experience.

Role Overview

You will lead end-to-end QA processes across:

• Customer & Driver Mobile Apps (iOS & Android)
• Booking Platform (Web)
• CRM & Admin Panel
• API integrations and automation workflows

You will be responsible for defining QA processes, executing full test cycles, and ensuring production-ready releases.

Key Responsibilities

• Perform complete end-to-end testing cycles (not partial QA)
• Design and execute test plans, test cases, and QA strategy
• Lead manual and automation testing efforts
• Identify, document, and track bugs using JIRA or similar tools
• Perform regression testing and ensure no recurring issues
• Validate complex booking workflows (search → booking → payment → driver allocation → completion)
• Conduct API testing using Postman or similar tools
• Test third-party integrations (payments, WhatsApp, SMS, email systems)
• Ensure UI/UX consistency across devices and platforms
• Work closely with developers and PMs to ensure bug-free sprint delivery
• Provide clear, structured bug reports with evidence (screenshots/videos)
• Enforce QA standards and push for high-quality releases without compromise

Required Skills & Experience

• 5+ years experience in QA Testing (Manual + basic Automation)
• Strong experience testing mobile apps (Flutter preferred)
• Proven experience with complex web platforms / SaaS products
• Strong understanding of test lifecycle, QA processes, and release management
• Hands-on experience with API testing (Postman)
• Experience using JIRA / bug tracking tools
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• Ability to work independently and own QA delivery end-to-end

Good to Have

• Experience with automation tools (Selenium, Cypress, Playwright)
• Experience with payment gateway testing
• Understanding of real-time systems (live bookings, tracking, dispatch)
• Experience with CRM platforms and marketplace systems
• Exposure to AI/automation workflows
