Title: Quality Analyst - WFH

Experience: Fresher, 2+ years of experience

Salary: 10 LPA

As a Quality Analyst fresher, you'll be responsible for ensuring product quality by conducting tests, identifying defects, and collaborating with cross-functional teams to resolve issues, ultimately contributing to the delivery of high-quality products.

Responsibilities

  • Testing and Quality Assurance:
  • Conduct thorough quality tests on products and services, including manual and automated testing.
  • Identify defects and areas for improvement in products and processes.
  • Develop and document test plans, test cases, and test scripts.
  • Analyze test results and identify trends or patterns.
  • Collaboration and Communication:
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams (development, product management, etc.) to resolve quality issues.
  • Document and report defects for corrective action.
  • Communicate quality findings and recommendations to stakeholders.
  • Documentation and Reporting:
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date documentation of test procedures, results, and findings.
  • Prepare reports on quality metrics and issues.
  • Process Improvement:
  • Propose solutions to enhance overall quality and identify areas for improvement.
  • Contribute to the development and implementation of quality standards and procedures.
  • Learning and Development
  • Stay up-to-date with the latest testing methodologies and tools.
  • Seek opportunities for continuous learning and development in the field of quality assurance.

Technical Skills & Qualifications

  • Basic understanding of quality assurance principles and methodologies.
  • Familiarity with testing tools and techniques.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Good communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Attention to detail and a commitment to quality.
  • Basic understanding of software development lifecycle (SDLC).
  • A bachelor's degree in a related field (e.g., Computer Science, Engineering) or equivalent experience.
