The Role

• Lead end-to-end testing across the full Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC) for high-traffic SaaS platforms.
• Execute a blend of Manual and Automation testing to identify, document, and track software defects and regressions.
• Collaborate directly with Product Owners and Software Engineers within an Agile/Scrum framework to refine user stories and acceptance criteria.
• Drive continuous improvement of QA processes, implementing modern testing tools to enhance release cycles and product reliability.
• Act as a quality advocate, ensuring every feature release meets the rigorous standards of the automotive and CRM industry.

What You'll Need

• Proven experience in Software Quality Assurance with a strong foundation in Manual Testing methodologies.
• At least 1+ year of hands-on experience with Automation Testing tools (such as Selenium, Cypress, or Playwright).
• Familiarity with SaaS architecture, CRM systems, and managing testing within an Agile environment.
• Exceptional analytical skills with the ability to manage complex bug tracking and reporting using tools like Jira or Azure DevOps.
• Previous experience within the Automotive sector or working on large-scale SaaS products is highly advantageous.
