Detailed Job Description:

⦁ 10 years in QA with 6 years hands on experience in Selenium automation

⦁ Lead design, development, and maintenance of Selenium automation frameworks using Java/Python/C#

⦁ Define and implement automation test strategy, standards, and best practices

⦁ Ensure automation coverage for regression, smoke, integration, and system testing

⦁ Review automation scripts and provide technical guidance and code quality oversight

⦁ Lead and mentor automation and manual testing teams, assign tasks, and track deliverables

⦁ Collaborate with developers, product owners, and DevOps in Agile/Scrum environments

⦁ Integrate automation suites with CI/CD pipelines (Jenkins/Azure DevOps/GitHub Actions)

⦁ Perform API automation using tools like Rest Assured or Postman .

⦁ Report test metrics, risks, and quality status to stakeholders

⦁ Drive continuous improvement of test processes, tools, and automation efficiency

⦁ Manage defects using ADO and ensure timely resolution
