About the Role

We are looking for a highly skilled Quality Assurance Engineer who naturally works in an AI-

augmented way. The ideal candidate is strong in QA fundamentals, experienced in building and

maintaining automation frameworks, and comfortable using AI tools to reason, debug, generate test

cases, and accelerate delivery.

Responsibilities

 Design, develop, and maintain automated test frameworks using Python.

 Write and execute functional, regression, integration, and API tests.

 Use AI tools (Claude Code, ChatGPT, GitHub Copilot, etc.) to:

o generate test cases,

o debug issues faster,

o review code, and

o improve testing workflows.

 Collaborate closely with data engineers and product teams to validate marketing selections

and data workflows.

 Perform QA for ETL/data pipelines, ensuring data accuracy, completeness, and reliability.

 Participate in peer reviews, contribute to QA best practices, and help establish automation

standards.

 Work with modern DevOps and CI/CD tools to integrate automated tests into pipelines.

Required Skills

 4–7 years of experience in Software QA with strong automation background.

 Strong expertise in Python for writing automated tests.

 Hands-on experience building or maintaining automation frameworks (PyTest, Robot

Framework, custom Python frameworks, or similar).

 Exposure to data quality testing and SQL-based validations.

 Experience testing APIs (REST/GraphQL) with tools like Postman, Python requests, or

automation libraries.

 Strong understanding of QA methodologies, test design techniques, and defect reporting.

 Must naturally work in an AI-augmented way, using AI tools daily for:

o test generation,

o debugging,

o code generation,

o documentation,

o analysis.

 Excellent communication and ability to collaborate with global teams.

Good to Have (Bonus Skills)

 Experience working with dbt or other modern data transformation tools.

 Experience with Great Expectations or similar data validation frameworks.

 Familiarity with cloud environments (AWS/Azure/GCP).

 Experience with GitHub Actions, Jenkins, or similar CI/CD pipelines.
