Experience - Intermediate (4-7 years) & Senior (8+ years)

Must have Skills:

• Strong expertise of coding and programming skills in Core Java, Python
• Experience with automation design, scripting, and execution.
• Strong experience in developing Testing tools/ Utilities using Spark and Python
• Hands-on experience of Spring Boot Service hosting and managing.
• Strong understanding of quality, testing principles and writing effective test cases.
• Strong hold in Performance testing and Concepts
• Expertise on at least one out of Backend and Frontend automation
• Experience in Designing and executing API functional/ E2E testing and backend (DB, Batch, Events, Queues) automation using Rest Assured and postman
• Experience in Designing and executing UI Functional/ E2E testing (Web and Responsive) Manual and Automation Testing using Selenium, Maven and TestNG
• Automated Reporting, CI/CD/CV enablement and Excellent Debugging Skills on Cloud infrastructure for Automation and Applications both
• Knowledge of professional software engineering practices & best practices for the full software development life cycle, including coding standards, code reviews, source control management, GIT , build processes, testing, and operations

Preferred/Good to have Skills:

• SAP E2E knowledge on SD, MD, S4 and CAR
• TOSCA SAP Automation
• Working knowledge on testing Kafka based applications is a plus
• Expertise in building and Maintaining Test Automation Frameworks using Selenium, TestNG or API / Webservices Automation in Java
• Experience in Continuous integration process implementation by building CI / CD Pipeline using Jenkins and Integrate with Maven
• Knowledge on unit test frameworks such as Junit, TestNG

Position Responsibilities:

• Perform Automation testing for large-scale, commerce applications, tools, and/or software.
• Support continuous integration process improvement and innovation
• Support faster releases by efficient automation strategies
• Write test plans and test cases.
• Write test cases for UI & API’s, Ingestion, DB Comparators and Event Management tools.
• Logs verification – backend and frontend.
• Raise defects, triage and get it resolved in a timely manner
• Improve, optimise, and identify opportunities for improved software development lifecycle.
• Troubleshoot critical defects and identify root cause
