🚀 We’re Hiring: QA Automation Lead — Selenium, Java & AI-Powered Testing

Must have 12 + years of experience

We’re looking for a forward-thinking QA Automation Lead who combines strong hands-on expertise in Selenium WebDriver and Java with a passion for AI-powered test automation.

This isn’t just about maintaining automation scripts. We’re looking for someone who wants to help shape the future of software testing — moving toward a maximum zero-code, AI-assisted testing model where AI agents can generate tests, analyze failures, suggest fixes, and explain results in plain English.

🔹 Key Responsibilities

Core Automation

• Design, develop, and maintain automated test scripts using Selenium WebDriver with Java

• Build and scale automation frameworks using the Page Object Model (POM)

• Execute automated test suites, analyze results, and track defects in JIRA

• Integrate automated tests into CI/CD pipelines using GitHub Actions and/or Jenkins

AI-Powered Testing

• Integrate Claude AI, OpenAI, or similar LLMs into test automation frameworks

• Build AI-assisted workflows to generate test cases from feature descriptions and requirements

• Configure AI agents to analyze test failures and suggest potential fixes automatically

• Use AI to generate plain-English test summary reports for non-technical stakeholders

• Apply prompt engineering techniques to improve AI-driven test coverage and reliability

• Help drive the journey toward zero-code test generation, where testers describe features in plain English and AI generates the tests

Leadership & Collaboration

• Lead and mentor a team of QA engineers across automation and AI tooling

• Collaborate with developers and product managers to define testing strategies

• Participate in requirement reviews, test planning, and estimation

• Drive the adoption of AI-first testing practices across the QA team

🔹 Required Skills

✅ Strong experience with Selenium WebDriver and Java

✅ Strong knowledge of TestNG or JUnit

✅ Strong experience designing frameworks using Page Object Model (POM)

✅ Experience with CI/CD pipelines — GitHub Actions and/or Jenkins

✅ Strong knowledge of Git version control

✅ Hands-on experience integrating AI/LLM APIs such as Claude, OpenAI, or similar

✅ Experience with prompt engineering for test automation

✅ Good understanding of Agile/Scrum methodologies

✅ Working knowledge of SQL and API testing

🔹 Good to Have

• Maven or Gradle

• API automation using RestAssured or Postman

• Cucumber BDD

• Experience building AI agents that interact with test pipelines

• Knowledge of vector databases or RAG for intelligent test-case retrieval

• Exposure to low-code/no-code testing tools
