Key Responsibilities

Design test plans and author, execute, and manage test cases for functional and performance testing

Perform manual testing (guided and exploratory) following best practices and established QA processes

Actively participate in Agile ceremonies including sprint planning, backlog grooming, and story verification

Take a leadership role in guiding and mentoring junior QA engineers within a growing team
-
Gain and demonstrate deep domain knowledge in life sciences and health tech

Champion product quality and represent the voice of the customer during development cycles

Generate comprehensive test summary reports with clear insights and well-structured language
-
Monitor, communicate, and escalate issues, test progress, and quality metrics to stakeholders

Ensure compliance with internal informatics and regulatory practices
Who You Are
-
Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related science-based discipline

5+ years of experience in QA roles for scalable, enterprise-grade software systems

Hands-on experience with Agile/Scrum methodologies in a collaborative development environment

Proven ability to lead small QA teams and mentor junior engineers

Strong understanding of QA lifecycle, test management, and best practices

Proficiency in Windows-based environments and test tools

Experience with test case management and bug tracking tools like Jira and Zephyr

Exceptional attention to detail, analytical thinking, and communication skills
