Job Overview
Cloud Software Group is looking for a passionate and experienced Senior QA Engineer to join our TIBCO Streaming team. Key Responsibilities

Perform comprehensive manual testing to validate product functionality, usability, and performance.

Design, develop, and maintain automation test scripts using Selenium, Cypress, or Robot Framework.

Execute regression test cycles, review test results, and debug issues efficiently.

Log and track defects, ensuring timely and effective resolution through collaboration with developers.

Conduct API testing using Postman, SoapUI, or similar tools.

Review and contribute to technical documentation, ensuring clarity and testability.

Define and implement test strategies in collaboration with cross-functional teams.

Build and maintain CI/CD pipelines to support continuous testing and release readiness.

Gain working knowledge of cloud platforms to validate and test cloud-based features and deployments.

Monitor and enhance test automation to adapt to changing requirements.
Required Experience & Skills

Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.

8+ years of professional QA experience with solid exposure to both manual and automation testing.

Deep understanding of STLC, SDLC, and defect lifecycle processes.

Strong hands-on experience with Selenium, Cypress, or Robot Framework.

Proficient in programming languages like Java, JavaScript, or Python.

Knowledge of version control tools such as Git and GitHub.

Experience working with CI/CD tools like Jenkins or GitLab CI.

Strong API testing skills using Postman, SoapUI, etc.

Excellent analytical and troubleshooting abilities with a high attention to detail.
Preferred Qualifications

Experience with cloud platforms like AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud Platform.

Familiarity with performance testing tools such as JMeter or Gatling.

Exposure to monitoring tools like Prometheus and Grafana.

Knowledge of Agile practices and tools such as Jira and Confluence.

ISTQB or other relevant QA certifications.
