🧪 Role Overview

We are seeking a Senior Quality Engineering (QE) Engineer with deep expertise in automation and performance testing to elevate our software quality at scale. As a subject matter expert, you will design robust test strategies, build scalable frameworks, and collaborate across teams in a CI/CD environment to ensure high-quality releases.

🎯 Key Responsibilities

• Lead performance testing using tools like JMeter, identifying bottlenecks and driving optimization with engineering teams
• Develop and maintain scalable automation frameworks using Selenium, Playwright, Rest Assured
• Define and execute test strategies across UI, API, and backend systems
• Collaborate with developers to diagnose issues and suggest performance improvements
• Drive adoption of innovative testing tools and techniques
• Evaluate emerging technologies to enhance test efficiency and coverage

🛠️ Required Skills & Experience

• 8+ years in Quality Engineering with a strong focus on automation and performance testing
• Proficiency in performance testing tools: JMeter, LoadRunner, Gatling
• Experience with monitoring and profiling tools for performance analysis
• Strong coding skills in Java, Python, or JavaScript
• Hands-on experience with CI/CD tools: Jenkins, GitHub Actions
• Expertise in functional, regression, integration, GUI, API/web service, and browser compatibility testing
• Familiarity with test management tools like Zephyr
• Deep understanding of shift-left testing, test pyramid principles, and software quality best practices

🌟 Bonus Skills

• Exposure to Big Data or AI/ML products
• Knowledge of security testing concepts: OWASP, DAST, SAST
