Role Description
This is a full-time remote role for a Senior Automation Test Engineer specializing in Mobile and API testing. The individual will be responsible for test case design, execution, and functional testing of mobile applications and APIs, ensuring high-quality deliveries. Collaboration with cross-functional teams, participation in debugging efforts, and continuous enhancement of testing methodologies will also be part of the day-to-day responsibilities. The candidate will ensure integration testing across platforms, as well as advocate for high testing standards and automation practices.
Qualifications
We’re looking for a strong Automation Engineer with hands-on experience in Core Java, Appium, Selenium & API testing.
- Core Java, Maven, APIs
- Selenium WebDriver (v3.x), Selenium Grid
- Appium (Android + iOS)
- XCTest, Espresso
- Mobile automation (Hybrid + Native apps)
- REST Assured, JUnit
- Cucumber, BDD, Gherkin
- GIT, JIRA, Jenkins
- BrowserStack / Sauce Labs / AWS Device Farm
- REST API knowledge (GET/POST/PUT/DELETE)
Experience
6+ years in automation
Strong mobile + API automation background
