About the job

Job Description We are Omnissa! Omnissa is the first AI-driven digital work platform, built to support flexible, secure, work-from anywhere experiences. We integrate industry-leading solutions—including Unified Endpoint Management, Virtual Apps and Desktops, Digital Employee Experience, and Security & Compliance—into a seamless, autonomous workspace that adapts to how people work. Our platform boosts employee engagement while optimizing IT operations, security, and cost. Guided by our Core Values—Act in Alignment, Build Trust, Foster Inclusiveness, Drive Efficiency, and Maximize Customer Value—we’re growing rapidly and committed to delivering meaningful impact. If you're passionate about shaping the future of work, we’d love to hear from you.

What is the opportunity?:

You will own and drive end‑to‑end quality strategy for a key UEM module or domain, designing and implementing robust automation to validate complex cross‑component customer workflows at scale. You will influence test architecture and release readiness beyond a single scrum team, partnering closely with Development, Product, and Support to turn field issues and escalations into preventive coverage, stronger quality gates, and more reliable releases.

You will lead multiple quality initiatives focused on automation effectiveness and suite stability, identifying coverage gaps, improving observability and testability, and evolving our frameworks, pipelines, and tooling. Your work will directly shape how we detect risk, prevent regressions, and deliver high‑confidence releases for our customers across the Workspace ONE / UEM platform.

What will you bring to Omnissa?

Deep hands‑on experience building, maintaining, and scaling automated test suites for distributed or SaaS systems, including designing test strategies for complex features, improving automation reliability, and using data/metrics (flake rate, escapes, cycle time, coverage) to guide quality decisions. You bring strong domain depth in at least one area (e.g., device platforms, UEM services, or adjacent backend systems) and working breadth across integrations and dependencies.

A track record of technical leadership in quality engineering: mentoring other engineers, leading automation‑focused initiatives, and driving cross‑team alignment on test strategy, environments, and release readiness. You are comfortable engaging with support/escalations, performing root‑cause and RCA/RCCA work, and converting real‑world customer scenarios into durable automated coverage and better test architecture.
