Position Summary

Software Test Engineer

As a Software Test Engineer, you will play an important role in delivering high-quality, reliable, and scalable software solutions that support ERP and enterprise technology environments. In this role, you will help design and execute comprehensive testing strategies across functional, interface, performance, security, stability, and compatibility testing, while contributing to automation and continuous improvement efforts.

• Independently develop ERP system test plans and testing solutions based on product and business requirements.
• Organize, review, design, write, and execute detailed test cases to validate software quality and performance.
• Perform functional, interface, stability, performance, security, and compatibility testing for software products.
• Maintain test data, automated testing tools, and scripts to improve testing coverage, efficiency, and repeatability.
• Use automation testing tools and frameworks such as Robot Framework, Appium, and Playwright to enhance testing effectiveness and test stability.
• Conduct API and interface testing using common tools and methodologies, identifying defects and isolating root causes.
• Perform performance testing using JMeter, with a solid understanding of its working principles and implementation methods.
• Analyze, document, report, and track issues found during testing, ensuring timely follow-up and reasonable resolution.
• Summarize test execution outcomes and provide clear insights to support product release and quality decisions.
• Apply AI-assisted tools and solutions throughout the software testing lifecycle to improve delivery speed, accuracy, and efficiency.
• Contribute to test data construction and management to support AI model validation and regression testing.
• Collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams in Agile development environments across medium- and large-scale software projects.

Concentrix is a great match if you:

• Hold a Bachelor’s degree or higher in Computer Science, Communications, Electronics, or a related field.
• Have 1+ years of experience in software testing or automated test scripting.
• Are familiar with software testing methods, tools, processes, and test case design practices.
• Have hands-on experience using AI-assisted tools to improve efficiency across the software testing lifecycle.
• Can maintain and optimize automated testing frameworks such as Playwright and Robot Framework to improve test reusability and reliability.
• Have experience performing API, performance, security, and compatibility testing, with the ability to analyze findings and identify root causes.
• Are proficient with interface and automation testing tools such as Robot Framework, Appium, Postman, and JMeter.
• Are proficient in at least one programming or scripting language such as Python, Java, or JavaScript.
• Have basic database knowledge and can support testing activities with accurate data validation.
• Are able to work independently, stay organized, and produce clear, detailed documentation.
• Bring strong observation, problem-solving, analytical, and hands-on technical skills.
• Have excellent communication and collaboration skills.
• Are fluent in written and spoken English, with the ability to work across global and cross-border teams.

It will be a plus if you:

• Have experience with CI/CD pipelines and related tools or practices.
• Bring exposure to manufacturing, supply chain, ERP, or data analytics systems.
• Have experience working in Agile environments supporting medium- to large-scale software development projects.
