Job Overview
At Billennium, we are looking for a highly skilled and motivated Test Automation Engineer to join our global QA Automation team. You will be a key contributor in ensuring high-quality software delivery by leading automation initiatives using Worksoft Certify and SAP Solution Manager (SolMan). Key Responsibilities
🔍 Automation Strategy & Execution

Assess feasibility of automation for selected test candidates.

Create and maintain test configurations within SAP Solution Manager.

Develop, review, and execute automated test scripts in Worksoft Certify.

Provide guidance and input into test automation strategy and framework improvements.
🧰 Tool & Framework Management
-
Maintain automation assets including processes, recordsets, variables, and layouts.

Handle version control and migration of automation scripts from Dev to Prod.

Log and manage issues related to the Worksoft tool, ensuring timely resolution.
🧪 Quality Assurance & Collaboration

Conduct peer reviews of automated test scripts.

Collaborate with functional experts to capture business processes for automation.

Ensure sign-off of test configurations with stakeholders.
📊 Reporting & Documentation

Maintain and update progress trackers, test documentation, and status reports.

Update the Test Design Document as per scope changes.

Organize and record demo sessions; ensure proper documentation is uploaded to approved repositories.
👥 Team Support & Knowledge Sharing

Participate in daily stand-ups, retrospectives, and agile ART meetings.

Support junior Test Automation Engineers with tooling issues and best practices.

Contribute to weekly knowledge-sharing sessions and promote innovation in automation practices.
Required Skills & Experience

3+ years of experience in Test Automation, preferably with Worksoft Certify.

Strong knowledge of SAP Solution Manager (SolMan) and business process automation.

Hands-on experience with automation frameworks, version control, and defect handling.

Proven track record in Agile/Scrum environments.

Excellent problem-solving and communication skills.

Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a remote setup.
Preferred Qualifications

Experience in healthcare or life sciences domain (e.g., Roche projects) is a plus.

ISTQB Certification or equivalent is desirable.

Prior experience with automation frameworks outside of Worksoft (e.g., Selenium, UFT) is a bonus.
