About the Role
We are seeking a skilled and detail-oriented Automation Test Engineer with 3 to 5 years of hands-on experience in Tricentis TOSCA. In this role, you’ll design, develop, and maintain robust automated test cases, enabling the delivery of high-quality software solutions. This is a remote, full-time opportunity offering stability, growth, and collaboration with cross-functional teams in a fast-paced environment.
Key Responsibilities

Design, develop, and maintain automated test cases using TOSCA Test Suite (TBox, Classic, API Testing).

Perform feasibility analysis for automation and identify opportunities to optimize existing manual test processes.

Create and manage test cases, test data, test sets, and test executions within TOSCA.

Integrate automated tests into CI/CD pipelines using tools such as Jenkins, Azure DevOps, or Git.

Collaborate with development teams, BAs, and QA to ensure complete test coverage based on business requirements.

Debug and troubleshoot automation scripts to resolve issues quickly and effectively.

Document test activities including plans, scripts, execution results, and defect logs.

Participate in peer reviews and contribute to the refinement of automation strategies and standards.

Support end-to-end testing, defect lifecycle, and status reporting throughout the SDLC.
Required Skills & Experience

3–5 years of experience in test automation, with a primary focus on TOSCA.

Proficiency with TOSCA components: TBox, Classic Engine, Test Case Design, API Testing.

Experience with CI/CD tools (Jenkins, Git, Azure DevOps).

Familiarity with automation for web, API, and desktop applications using TOSCA.

Strong understanding of SDLC, STLC, and Agile methodologies.

Experience with test and defect management tools (e.g., JIRA, HP ALM).

Analytical mindset with excellent troubleshooting skills.
Preferred Qualifications

TOSCA Certifications (Automation Specialist Level 1 & 2).

Experience with BI Testing, SAP Testing, or Mobile Testing in TOSCA.

Familiarity with other tools like Selenium (nice to have).

Basic scripting knowledge (Python, Java, or VBScript is a plus).
