With 4–6 years of hands-on experience in manual API and database testing, this role will play a key part in our quality assurance efforts—supporting high-growth clients in a fast-paced, remote-first environment.
Key Responsibilities

Perform manual testing of APIs and databases to verify functionality, performance, and security.

Design, write, and execute comprehensive test cases and test plans.

Identify and document defects with detailed replication steps and impact analysis.

Collaborate with developers, product managers, and stakeholders to align testing goals with product requirements.

Maintain detailed documentation of testing processes, results, and bug reports.

Contribute to the continuous improvement of QA methodologies and internal best practices.

Support regression testing and release cycles to maintain high-quality product releases.
Required Skills & Qualifications

4–6 years of hands-on experience in manual API and database testing.

Strong command of SQL with the ability to write complex queries and validate data.

Familiarity with API testing tools such as Postman or SoapUI.

Skilled in writing detailed and structured test cases, test plans, and bug reports.

Strong analytical and troubleshooting skills for isolating issues across application layers.

Excellent communication and collaboration skills to work effectively in cross-functional teams.

Ability to manage time effectively in a remote setup and adhere to evening shift hours.
