Job Overview
LearnQuest is seeking a detail-oriented and inquisitive QA & Testing Analyst to join our dynamic Technology team. This role is essential in ensuring the operational quality, logical accuracy, and end-user readiness of our internal systems, training platforms, and automated solutions. Rather than traditional test planning, this position focuses on investigative testing, exploratory analysis, and issue resolution. You'll collaborate with cross-functional teams, helping ensure seamless functionality across software development, IT operations, and instructional technologies.
Key Responsibilities

Collaborate with developers, support staff, and IT to investigate, reproduce, and analyze reported issues.

Execute both structured and exploratory testing on:

Training lab platforms (virtualized/cloud-based)

Internal web applications and user portals
-
Business process automations (e.g., Power Automate, AI agents, scripts)

M365 workflows (Forms, SharePoint, Excel integrations)

Validate system logic, edge cases, data flows, exception handling, and compliance with business rules.

Contribute to UAT by testing new features for functionality and business alignment.

Identify potential logic flaws, inconsistent user experiences, or system vulnerabilities early in the development cycle.

Document test findings and recommend resolutions in a clear and actionable format.

Support low-code/no-code validation efforts through basic configuration or logic reviews.
Tools & Environment
Experience with the following is a plus (not mandatory):

Jira, Azure DevOps Boards, or other ticketing/issue tracking tools

Browser developer tools and basic debugging utilities

Microsoft 365 Suite (Power Automate, SharePoint, Forms, Excel)

Minimum 4 hours of daily overlap with U.S. business hours (e.g., 6–10 PM IST or later)
