Role Overview
We are looking for an experienced QA Automation Engineer to support our enterprise technology teams. You will work on mission-critical systems—ranging from ERP platforms to APIs—ensuring their quality, scalability, and performance. This is a remote role that requires overlapping hours with U.S. Central Time.
Key Responsibilities

Design and maintain robust, scalable test automation frameworks for UI, API, and performance testing.

Develop automated test scripts using tools such as Selenium, Cypress, Postman, ReadyAPI, or similar.

Integrate automated tests within CI/CD pipelines using tools like Jenkins, GitLab, or Azure DevOps.

Conduct test data management, result analysis, and root cause investigations for test failures.

Collaborate closely with developers, product owners, and DevOps teams to maintain high-quality standards across releases.

Report defects and QA metrics using tools such as JIRA, TestRail, and Git.

Contribute to performance/load testing efforts using tools like JMeter, Gatling, or LoadRunner.
Required Qualifications

4+ years of experience in QA automation for enterprise-scale systems.

Proficiency in scripting/programming languages such as Python, Java, Groovy, .NET, or Bash.

Solid experience in UI and API automation testing.

Familiarity with CI/CD, version control, and Agile/Scrum methodologies.

Good knowledge of SQL for data validation and test setup.

Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English.

Ability to work remotely with overlapping hours in U.S. Central Time Zone.
