About the Role

We are seeking a motivated QA Engineer II with hands-on experience in test automation to support development, testing, and production enhancement efforts. As part of a fast-paced engineering team, you’ll work on multiple projects, focusing on ensuring high software quality through both manual and automated testing strategies.

This is a remote, full-time role based in India, with compensation aligned to the local market.


Key Responsibilities

  • Plan, execute, and document tests including unit, integration, system, regression, performance, and exploratory testing.
  • Create and maintain automated test suites (e.g., end-to-end, functional, regression).
  • Design and execute system-level test plans aligned with quality best practices.
  • Develop and maintain automated builds and CI/CD pipelines.
  • Provide support for bug resolution and enhancements in production systems.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams in a dynamic, Agile environment.
  • Adhere to established development standards and contribute to documentation.
  • Participate in continuous learning to keep up with industry trends and technical best practices.
  • Assist in gathering and reporting product and testing metrics.
  • Provide timely technical support aligned with SLAs.

Required Skills & Experience

  • 2+ years of hands-on experience in test automation.
  • Proficient with automation tools such as Appium, Playwright, or Selenium.
  • Knowledge of programming languages like C#, SQL, and scripting fundamentals.
  • Experience working across Windows and preferably Linux systems.
  • Solid understanding of client-server and web-based application architectures.
  • Strong problem-solving and debugging skills.
  • Ability to adapt, learn from peers, and follow standard QA and development workflows.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English (C1 level).

Preferred Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related technical field.
  • Experience working in a DevOps/Agile environment with exposure to CI/CD practices.
  • Familiarity with source control and release management.
