About the Role
We are seeking a motivated QA Engineer II with hands-on experience in test automation to support development, testing, and production enhancement efforts. As part of a fast-paced engineering team, you’ll work on multiple projects, focusing on ensuring high software quality through both manual and automated testing strategies.
This is a remote, full-time role based in India, with compensation aligned to the local market.
Key Responsibilities

Plan, execute, and document tests including unit, integration, system, regression, performance, and exploratory testing.

Create and maintain automated test suites (e.g., end-to-end, functional, regression).

Design and execute system-level test plans aligned with quality best practices.

Develop and maintain automated builds and CI/CD pipelines.

Provide support for bug resolution and enhancements in production systems.

Collaborate with cross-functional teams in a dynamic, Agile environment.

Adhere to established development standards and contribute to documentation.

Participate in continuous learning to keep up with industry trends and technical best practices.

Assist in gathering and reporting product and testing metrics.

Provide timely technical support aligned with SLAs.
Required Skills & Experience

2+ years of hands-on experience in test automation.

Proficient with automation tools such as Appium, Playwright, or Selenium.

Knowledge of programming languages like C#, SQL, and scripting fundamentals.

Experience working across Windows and preferably Linux systems.

Solid understanding of client-server and web-based application architectures.

Strong problem-solving and debugging skills.

Ability to adapt, learn from peers, and follow standard QA and development workflows.

Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English (C1 level).
Preferred Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related technical field.

Experience working in a DevOps/Agile environment with exposure to CI/CD practices.

Familiarity with source control and release management.
