Software QA Analyst - Raleigh [10000320]

Responsibilities: 

  • Evaluate and verify functionality of new and existing lottery hardware and software.
  • Develop, track and execute test cases and document their results.
  • Create, set up and maintain test databases, documentation and the software test lab environment. 
  • Write up detailed and accurate software bugs in our defect tracking system.
  • Provide product support to our internal departments.

 

Requirements: 

  • Familiar with various aspects of QA testing such as Acceptance, Ad Hoc, Usability, Black/White Box, and Sanity testing.
  • Working knowledge of different troubleshooting techniques in a testing environment
  • One year of technical education or equivalent experience preferred. 
  • Excellent interpersonal skills.  Ability to interface with multiple internal and external partners.
  • Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
  • Strong attention to detail, excellent time management and organizational skills.
  • Comfortable working in a deadline driven environment.   Occasional evening and weekend work required.

Hiring Rate: $61,804 (this exempt position will be filled at or near the posted salary)
