If you're a hands-on automation expert with a passion for leadership, innovation, and quality engineering — this role is built for you.

Key Responsibilities

  • Design & Implement Test Automation Frameworks using Playwright, Selenium, Cypress, and other modern tools
  • Architect and maintain scalable, CI/CD-ready automation solutions integrated into our microservice and cloud (AWS) infrastructure
  • Mentor QA and Development teams, promoting test automation best practices and fostering a culture of quality
  • Collaborate closely with Product Owners, Engineers, and Analysts to ensure QA is embedded across the SDLC
  • Develop test strategies spanning UI testing, API validation, end-to-end workflows, and data integrity checks
  • Leverage AI tools and emerging technologies to reduce test cycle time and increase coverage
  • Implement and manage traceability tools such as TestRail, Jira, or Azure DevOps
  • Lead the continuous improvement of QA methodologies, tools, and team capabilities
  • Clearly communicate test results, quality metrics, and risk assessments to stakeholders at all levels

Required Qualifications

  • Strong experience in API testing (Postman, REST Assured)
  • Solid grasp of data validation and backend/database testing (SQL)
  • Proficient in CI/CD pipeline integration (e.g., Jenkins, GitHub Actions)
  • Familiarity with cloud platforms, preferably AWS
  • Experience using AI tools to optimize test execution and QA productivity

Leadership & Process

  • Proven track record of leading QA automation teams
  • Demonstrated experience designing test architectures across multiple successful projects
  • Knowledge of DevOps practices and test lifecycle integration
  • Hands-on experience with test management and traceability tools: TestRail, Zephyr, Jira, or Azure DevOps
  • Strong understanding of QA methodologies, SDLC/STLC processes, and quality metrics reporting

Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience with microservices testing and integration strategies
  • Familiarity with Docker, Kubernetes, or other container platforms
  • Exposure to performance/load testing tools (e.g., JMeter)
  • Background in financial services or other regulated environments
  • Certifications in QA, Automation, or Testing Tools (e.g., ISTQB, Certified Selenium Tester)

Educational Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field (Master’s preferred)
