Job Overview
Zoho Middle East & North Africa is seeking experienced and detail-oriented QA Engineers to join our growing team in India. This role is ideal for professionals with a strong foundation in manual and automation testing, who are passionate about delivering high-quality software and enhancing user experiences.
As a QA Engineer, you’ll collaborate with developers, support teams, and product managers to ensure that our products meet the highest standards of performance and reliability. You’ll be responsible for identifying defects, performing backend validations, and validating complex workflows across various systems.
Key Responsibilities

Conduct manual and automated testing to ensure software quality.

Design and execute test cases and validate functionality across large datasets.

Perform backend testing, database validations, and system-level integration tests.

Utilize tools such as Selenium and JMeter for automation and performance testing.

Write and maintain test scripts for regression and functional testing.

Collaborate with developers to debug, document, and track bugs/issues.

Re-test and verify issues post-resolution to ensure proper fixes.

Work cross-functionally with product managers and support teams to understand product behavior and user expectations.
Required Skills and Qualifications

Hands-on experience in manual and automation testing.

Strong programming skills in Java, including:

Data types, control flow, exception handling, file handling, OOP concepts, and database connectivity.

Solid experience working with MySQL or PostgreSQL.

Proficiency in Selenium for UI testing and JMeter for performance/load testing.

Ability to handle complex scenarios, generate large test datasets, and validate data flows end-to-end.

Analytical thinker with excellent attention to detail and a proactive mindset.

Strong communication skills for effective reporting and collaboration.
