As a QA Engineer at AAPNA, you will be at the forefront of ensuring the quality, performance, and reliability of web and mobile applications across complex and dynamic enterprise projects.


🎯 Key Responsibilities

  • Design, develop, and execute comprehensive manual test cases based on business and technical requirements
  • Develop and maintain automated test scripts using Selenium WebDriver with Java
  • Perform Web and Mobile application testing across various browsers and devices
  • Work closely with developers, BAs, and PMs in an Agile/Scrum environment to deliver high-quality releases
  • Conduct API automation testing (good to have)
  • Track and report bugs and defects, and maintain detailed documentation through tools like JIRA
  • Perform different types of testing such as Regression, Integration, Sanity, and UAT
  • Understand and apply QA metrics, reporting strategies, and performance testing concepts
  • Participate in daily stand-ups, sprint planning, and retrospectives

🧠 Required Qualifications

  • 2+ years of hands-on experience in Manual Testing
  • 2+ years of experience in Selenium WebDriver with Java
  • Strong understanding of Defect Management, Bug Lifecycle, and QA best practices
  • Experience with Agile/Scrum methodologies
  • Proficiency in Eclipse IDE and basic familiarity with frameworks like Robot Framework
  • Good understanding of testing types: Integration, Regression, Sanity, and UAT
  • Experience in both Web and Mobile application testing
  • Good communication and documentation skills

💡 Preferred Skills (Good to Have)

  • API automation testing experience
  • Exposure to BDD or Keyword-Driven Testing Approaches
  • Performance testing tools like JMeter
  • Familiarity with QA tools such as HP ALM, JIRA, TestNG
