Job Overview

We're looking for a Quality Assurance Engineer with strong testing fundamentals, clear communication skills in English, and a keen eye for detail. In this role, you’ll be responsible for designing test strategies, creating test plans, writing test cases, executing them (manual or automated), and delivering high-quality feedback to ensure smooth product releases.

Key Responsibilities

  • Design, develop, and execute test plans and test cases
  • Perform manual and/or automated testing based on project requirements
  • Identify, log, and track defects through resolution
  • Estimate testing timelines and align with sprint goals
  • Collaborate with developers, product owners, and other QA team members
  • Deliver quality feedback to ensure successful, bug-free releases
  • Participate in Agile ceremonies and continuous improvement activities

Qualifications

Must-Have

  • 1–2 years of experience in Software QA (Manual or Automation)
  • Ability to write clear, concise, and comprehensive test plans and test cases
  • Strong understanding of SDLC and STLC
  • Excellent English communication skills (written and verbal)
  • Familiarity with test management tools (e.g., TestRail, Jira, or similar)
  • Analytical mindset with attention to detail

Preferred

  • Certified QA professional (e.g., ISTQB or equivalent)
  • Experience with both web and mobile application testing
  • Exposure to automation tools like Selenium, TestNG, or similar
  • Understanding of CI/CD pipelines and release cycles
