Job Overview
We're looking for a Quality Assurance Engineer with strong testing fundamentals, clear communication skills in English, and a keen eye for detail. In this role, you’ll be responsible for designing test strategies, creating test plans, writing test cases, executing them (manual or automated), and delivering high-quality feedback to ensure smooth product releases.

Key Responsibilities

Design, develop, and execute test plans and test cases

Perform manual and/or automated testing based on project requirements

Identify, log, and track defects through resolution

Estimate testing timelines and align with sprint goals

Collaborate with developers, product owners, and other QA team members

Deliver quality feedback to ensure successful, bug-free releases

Participate in Agile ceremonies and continuous improvement activities
Qualifications
Must-Have

1–2 years of experience in Software QA (Manual or Automation)

Ability to write clear, concise, and comprehensive test plans and test cases

Strong understanding of SDLC and STLC

Excellent English communication skills (written and verbal)

Familiarity with test management tools (e.g., TestRail, Jira, or similar)

Analytical mindset with attention to detail
Preferred

Certified QA professional (e.g., ISTQB or equivalent)

Experience with both web and mobile application testing

Exposure to automation tools like Selenium, TestNG, or similar

Understanding of CI/CD pipelines and release cycles
