We're looking for a Quality Assurance Engineer to join our fast-growing team. In this role, you’ll be a key player in ensuring the stability, usability, and performance of ClickUp's web application. 🎯 Key Responsibilities

Execute manual tests to ensure product quality across new and existing features

Design, write, and maintain comprehensive test plans, test cases, and test scripts

Identify, document, and track defects using appropriate tools

Collaborate closely with developers, designers, and product managers in agile teams

Validate and reproduce customer-reported issues to assist with debugging

Provide detailed feedback on UI/UX, performance, and functionality
-
Contribute to the development and improvement of QA processes

Optional: Explore and contribute to automation testing using Cypress and similar tools
🧠 Required Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or equivalent experience

1–3 years of experience in manual testing of web applications

Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail

Solid understanding of SDLC, defect tracking, and test documentation

Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a remote, fast-paced environment

Excellent verbal and written communication skills

Passion for product quality and user experience

Familiarity with productivity tools (e.g., ClickUp, Jira, Asana, Trello)
